You do not have to give us any data. If you do not, we cannot answer your enquiry or complete a booking/purchase.
Record of your cookie choice
When you choose in the cookie banner, we store the time, banner version, your choice, the domain and a random ID (no IP address). We do this to be able to document your consent (Art. 6(1)(c)). The data is stored on samtykke.wizecode.app, operated by Wizecode ApS on servers at Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland (EU), and deleted after 24 months.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA
If a recipient is in the USA, the transfer relies on the EU Commission’s decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.
When you write to info@fcsnamibia.com, or send the enquiry from your own email program, we process the email to reply. It is handled by our own email provider, which receives the email like any other mail.
Where the data is processed
The controller is a company in Namibia. The website itself is hosted by the providers listed above. The site does not use a database or an account system for visitors.
Photos and maps
The site loads no maps, videos or social media widgets from third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. If you gave consent you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@fcsnamibia.com; we answer within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to the data protection authority in your own country. We would be glad to hear from you first.
